Hallo Teman - teman dhevils mechanic, ketemu lagi dengan tulisan dhevils mechanic yang pasti tidak jauh membahas dunia mechanic Oil and Gas Industry, dimana sering dibahas speck unit - unit yang sering dipakai dan digunakan, troubleshot dan penyeleseiannya serta ide - ide creative dalam menyelseikan permasalahan - permaslhan yang terjadi dilapangan.

Dan sebagai mechanic kita harus tahu tatacara start dan stop dari unit engine genset, karena lucu juga kan sebagai mehanic kita tidak dapat melakukan start stop engine. dan di contoh SOp ini kita mengunakan unit Caterpillar dengan model CATD3512B yang tentu sudah banyak digunakan di perusahaan - perusahaan Oil and Gas Industry karena memang unit Caterpillar ini sudah terbukti handal di lapangan. Dan berikut SOP yang di buat oleh Dhevils mechanic dan di tempel samping panel dari unit Caterpillar ini
STANDARD OPERATION PROSEDUR
PENGOPERASIAN GENSET CAT D3512B
BEFORE START GENSET
1. CHECK LEVEL LUBE OIL
Check the lube oil level and add if the indicator is below the level
2. CHECK LEVEL WATER COOLER RADIATOR
Check the water cooler level and add if the indicator is below the level
3. CHECK FUEL VALVE
Make sure the fuel valve is open
4. CHECK BATERAY
Make sure all battery connections are securely in position
START GENSET
1. SWITCH ON BATERAY
Turn to the right of the battery power switch
2. ON SWITCH PANEL
Press the power switch ECM, Aux, Switch Starting & Alternator
3. PUSH OUT EMERGENSI PUSH BOTTON
Make sure the emergency shutdown button is released and press out the emergency shutdown switch
4. CHECK AKNOWLED ALARM
Make sure the indicator light is not flashing and press the aknowled button if the light is flashing
5. PUSH START ENGINE BOTOM
Press the start button and make sure the starter motor can crank properly and the unit can run properly
6. PUSH START MOTOR FAN RADIATOR BOTOM
Press the start button on the radiator fan motor panel and make sure the fan is running properly and there is no wrong rotation of the fan motor
Check around the unit and make sure nothing strange is going on
RUNNING GENSET
1. CHECK & MONITOR ENGINE PARAMETER
Press the ENGINEbutton and press the down or up arrow key to view the parameters on the engine
2. CHECK & MONITOR ELECTRICAL PARAMETER
Press the GENERATOR button and press the down or up arrow key to view the parameters
STOP GENSET
Please check the image above
1. CHECK LOAD BREAKER
2. PUSH STOP MOTOR FAN RADIATOR BOTOM
3. PUSH STOP ENGINE BOTOM
4. SWITCH OFF BATERAY
5. SWITCH OFF PANEL

LEAVE THE GENSET UNIT IN A SAFE CONDITION
